High Pressure Stainless Steel Nozzles
The expertise of engineering and design represented in the detail of nozzle design for high pressure humidification systems directly impacts customer satisfaction which is why we have dedicated a whole web page for our nozzle. We used to think that if the nozzle was simply all stainless steel, that alone signified quality. But there is so much more to consider and we will focus on just two key construction details:
- A metal glass seal within the stainless steel construction is equipped with a ruby orifice at the center of the nozzle’s core. This construction controls moisture particle sizes shown to be instantly nearly uniform throughout the atomizing plume – micron sized particles so fine it is nearly evaporated. The inner ruby surface is laser bored so cleanly that dissolved solids which normally stick to surfaces do not adhere thereby maintaining very fine atomization – think of the teflon surface as an example.
- The inner spring assembly is designed for 350 psi “cracking” – the mechanical opening and closing point which determines the initial micro burst atomization of water particle sizes. Springs that crack in the range of 150 psi reveal larger micron particle sizes which take longer to evaporate. The cracking point is the key to achieving quicker and consistent evaporation – Ultra Fine – Micron Size – Water Atomization for quick and complete evaporation above your workspace.
